Activation page says device is not reachable

  • Make sure the device has power and Ethernet connected

  • Wait 5 minutes after first boot

  • Double-check the Serial Number (no typos)

💡 Tip: If you just powered it on, give it a few minutes. First boot can take longer than usual.

Mobile app can’t connect

  • Verify the Server URL is exactly:

https://immich-relay.solia.one
  • Try again on cellular data (to rule out router DNS issues)

  • Disable VPN/ad blockers temporarily and retry

Backups not running

  • Open the app and confirm you are logged in

  • Check that backup is enabled in the Cloud menu

  • iOS: confirm photo permissions are enabled

  • Android: disable battery optimization for the Immich app
